Looking for Windows 10 Desktop PC Towers

I'm learning Linux and I'm looking for Desktop PC's to convert from Windows. Apparently Windows 10 will no longer be supported after next month and I'm hoping to pick up some that have been replaced. No need for monitors or keyboards or accessories, just looking for the desktops to tinker with.
