Experience Missoula charm and convenience at this historic brownstone. The brownstone, designed by the esteemed architect A.J. Gibson, features a spacious living room, dining room, queen bed, fully supplied kitchen, full bath, and desk area. There is a small bistro table and chairs out front for morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. Walk to groceries, downtown, the university, all amenities within a mile or less, free city buses pickup across the street and drop off on the corner.

Expect to hear the sounds of the city in the heart of Missoula. There are honeycomb shades and thick curtains that help with the sound and an air filter that provides white noise if needed. These are condos and there is an upper unit so expect some normal noise (footsteps, etc.). There is a high school across the street so the parking fills up quickly in front and around the brownstone when school is in session.

Would prefer to rent the brownstone out for 4-6 months between ~May-October. Ideally a minimum stay of 4 months.
Can be flexible with move-in/move-out dates. $2000/month with utilities included (trash/recycle/water/electric/wifi). Washer and dryer in unit, bicycle storage included. Pets ok with prior approval and $500 refundable deposit. $2000 deposit required for move-in plus first months rent. Please inquire with questions!
