I bought this a year or two ago and used it only on a small job, about 400 square feet of flooring. So this tool is essentially brand new. I no longer need this as I have another one that a little older and slightly more used. This comes with the optional flooring foot for pre-finished flooring. I've attached pictures showing what this nailer retails for, Amazon sells for $418 at even reconditioned it is selling for $320. I'm asking $250 O.B.O.
