We can bill hourly or per job pricing. We do require a signed work agreement/ project contract for every client prior to any work being performed.
We do charge $150 for any basic (1 hour) in-person quote within the local area that will then be written up upon request. This fee will be taken off your invoice if you choose to proceed and sign a service contract. Additional charges for travel out of the Missoula area can be negotiated.
We are open to new vendor agreements with local real estate and property management companies as well.
