I'm searching for new housing for the spring and summer, getting an early start by posting now.
I am hoping to find a place to park my little cute camper, basically bringing my own ADU. It's a 12' renovated '60s jet, with solar power. I'm mostly independent in it, with just the need for a bathroom and kitchen.
Would love to be in the orchard homes or east missoula area to get away from the noise of town, and hoping to find a place to exchange labor for partial rent. I have over a decade of trail crew experience (so many hours behind the chainsaw), also have experience on construction crews, automotive and small engine repair, and working on farms in MT and internationally through WWOOF and HelpX. I bring tangible skills with me, and also have a big heart with lots of empathy. Happy to write out agreements on work expectations and minimum weekly required hours. Clear expectations go a long way!
I have a few contracted trail jobs planned for the summer, but will be spending most of my time trying to get an off-grid land project in the garnets going. Having housing in town will be where I restock groceries and get in some community time.
