Local company hiring a paint & epoxy apprentice. Entry to mid level experience please. This job will be 30-40 hours per week, working on commercial and residential projects. Paint will be brush and roll and spray application, and will include all aspects of painting including prep, masking, paint, and clean up. Epoxy work will include grinding, concrete repair, masking, cleanup, and epoxy application. There will also be general labor tasks such as demolition, cleaning, and light carpentry. This is an entry level or mid level position with room to grow and learn, although we may consider experienced employees if the fit is good. Previous experience in the trades is preferred. This is an upwardly mobile position, and we reward hard and reliable work. Wage is DOE and will raise quickly as apprentice learns and proves themselves.

The ideal candidate will be:

Willing and able to show up on time and prepared to work as a point of pride.
Not afraid of hard work, dirty work, and monotonous work.
Able to lift and carry 50 pounds.
Have reliable transportation.
Not afraid of heights. (ladder work will be required)
Able to read a tape measure, and have either work or life experience doing hands-on projects.
Drug free of drugs illegal in the state of Montana.
