What You’ll Do
You’ll be responsible for maintaining the highest standard of cleanliness and presentation across the ranch, including:
• Guest suites, main lodge, Lakehouse, gym, offices, and all common areas
• Full room turnovers, including bed stripping, making, and nightly turndown service
• Laundry for guests and ranch linens
• Detailed cleaning of bathrooms, floors, surfaces, and fixtures
• Restocking amenities and ensuring every room is fully guest-ready
• Identifying and reporting maintenance or repair needs
• Keeping housekeeping carts organized, stocked, and efficient

• Physical stamina (lifting, bending, standing, and moving throughout the day)
• Ability to lift 25+ lbs and push loaded carts
• Comfort working long, active shifts

You’ll also interact with guests, so professionalism and courtesy are essential at all times.
Minimum Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work full shifts (8+ hours) on your feet
• Safe handling of cleaning products
• Respect for guest privacy and property
