This unit brings truck crane features into the boom truck world. The XCT40-U's superior performance exceeds any comparable boom truck on the market. This uniquely designed boom truck with an innovative European designed U-shaped boom with the best operational performance on the market today. The 2-stage offset luffing (0/15/30 degree) jib. An advanced dual pump system allows for precision and control.
Superior Lifting Performance
The XCT40-U is stronger and more stable than any other comparable Boom Truck on the market. The strength comes from the innovative U-shaped booms which have the best operation performance, similar to larger truck and A/T cranes. The stability stems from the larger rotation gear which reduces stress on the truck frame.
Safer and Easier Operation
Ergonomic cab features abound! Crane is conveniently equipped with a wireless outrigger remote control and an optional wireless Winch remote control is available. It has custom designed Hirschmann LMI featuring the “Load Chart Assistant” which provides multiple options based on your task at hand. Another standard feature is an auto-retract front bumper stabilizer. As soon as you retract one of the main outriggers, the FBS comes up automatically. Other Standard features, not found elsewhere, are a Boom tip/Look down camera and a luffing two-stage jib, both with obstructed picks in mind.
