This is a banner with 2 grommets on the left short side to attach to a flagpole. Rings are attached to the grommets. It would make a nice banner erected inside or out. The heavy ribbon on the grommet edge shows some yellowing possibly from age. I didn't attempt to wash it and the flag is otherwise clean and in good shape as shown, it even still has some crisp folds from when it was new.
