I'm placing this ad as I am struggling to find a place that fits my needs. Lots of scams going on too which is not helping.
I am trying to find a new place to call home. I'm 6 months new to Missoula.
My living situation was temporary for me so I could take my current job that I love.
I'm wanting anything from a large studio to a 2bd, but it needs to have a garage for my small old VW. I can afford up to $1650 or so on rent. I am rebuilding my credit and am doing well so far, but have not reached the 700 a lot of renters are wanting. Just being upfront. I do however make a good living, have great references and can easily afford this. No bs, drinking or drugs. It's just myself, no family or do I even really know anyone. I keep to myself mostly, I am very clean, respectful and organized.
