Nigerian Dwarf Wether Kids that will be available weaned. Reserve yours now with a $ 50 deposit per kid and take them home when they are weaning age at 8-10 weeks old. Kids #7 and #17 are old enough to go now. We will have more born over the coming weeks and will add them to this posting when they become available.

~ Weaned Wethers, $ 150 ea. (Wethers are neutered males)

These kids have had colostrum and are very healthy. We routinely disbud wether kids when they are 3-7 days old. If you would prefer your kids to have horns, please contact us in advance. Kids will be up-to-date on deworming, hoof trimming, and other routine maintenance when you take them home.

With your purchase, we will send you an information sheet about how to care for wether goat kids (it's easy) and where to find the best products for raising a healthy, happy goat. We are also here to help you with any questions you may have along the way.

Goats are herd animals and need a buddy of the same species for their proper development and psychological well-being, so we require a minimum purchase of 2 kids unless you already own goats. People, dogs, cats, horses, or other livestock are not sufficient for companions.

Nigerian Dwarfs are miniature goats, adults generally standing only 20-24 inches tall at the shoulder. Their small size makes them great pets since they are cute and easy to house, handle, and care for. They are the perfect size for children, too. Nigerian Dwarfs come in many colors, shades, and patterns and are one of the few goat breeds that can have either brown or blue eyes. They are very sweet, love people, and are intelligent (they can be trained like a dog). They also like to eat all kinds of weeds and are good for weed control.

(If you would like to purchase kids from us when you are ready for them at a later date, we are also taking reservations for Nigerian Dwarf Goat wether kids due to be born in April and May. Newborn bottle baby kids are $ 100 ea. Weaned kids are $ 150 ea. Reserve kids with a nonrefundable $ 50 deposit per kid, with the balance due upon pick up. Registered doelings and bucklings also available by reservation. You can see more examples of our kids on our website at www.krebs.farm/baby-goat-photo-gallery)

Our herd is tested clean of the goat diseases CAE, CL, and Johne's.
