Cages not included. Sturdy wooden frame hutch with pull down rain shield for winter. The structure is painted green. This holds 4 30x30 cages which are not included but can be bought at tractor supply and added in easily.. it is built to be able to easily take cages in and out for cleaning of the frame and cages. I do have the wood roof piece as well as metal sheet that covers to make waterproof but disattached it and took off for summer and put up a shade screen cover over it for summer. Will come with the roofing as well if wanted and also has side hitch walls I have currently off that it comes with ☺️ one back board does have a crack in one corner but doesn't effect anything
Asking $200 as I put over $300 into building it and painting it to make waterproof and weather proof (it is the "Teal Homestead build plan" Heavy and very sturdy so you will need help moving and will need to haul yourself.
