I’m building 24 x 28 Lodgepole handcrafted saddle Notch, Log Cabin hand peeled 10 inch average. I’m in Sula Montana right off the road. It has a half loft and the roof is all framed. It’s a pretty simple shell if someone wanted it I could add porches, Balcony, Etc. I’m asking 35,000 I would do delivery and set up if needed and that’s not included in the cost.
