No scratches on disc. Appears in near mint condition with a little fading (maybe) of the lettering on the label surface.
The plastic case has some scratches and the hinge is broken on one side so the plastic top tends to fall off when you open it.
Note: The colors in the disc are just from refracted light. (It's an illusion)
