This Bedrock Sandals Customer Service Associate is a seasonal position. Your role will be vital to Bedrock’s epic service commitment to our customers and is responsible for assisting folks online, on phone, and in person. This position is also responsible for answering customer service inquiries, processing returns/exchanges, and cleaning returned sandals during our busy spring / summer season.
Customer Service rooted in creating awesome experiences and going above and beyond.
Experience working in a fast paced and evolving work environment
Technological experience in ecommerce web apps, email software, and spreadsheets
Excellent communication skills, including but not limited to listening for customer needs, describing unique product features, and communicating with the appropriate team members on behalf of customers.
Takes pride in their work, has an awareness of their areas of improvement, is willing to take risks to grow.

Duties will include but not limited to:
Assist Bedrock Customers through email, phone, and in-person
Give reports to management on product and service feedback from customers
Pick up mail at the post office and dropping off inventory at the fulfillment center
Process and clean sandal returns / repairs
Use spreadsheets to process, monitor, and track work
Maintain high quality standards
Keep workstations clean and organized
Ability to do repetitive hand work and occasionally lift and carry 40lb boxes, with reasonable accommodation, as needed.
Approximately April 27 – approximately August 31
Hourly work schedule:
Monday-Friday 8:00 - 4:30
40 hours a week
Training work schedule:
Monday-Thursday 8:00 - 4:30
32 hours a week
$15 Per Hour
