Brand new, unused, in original packaging, and in perfect condition. Bought from Starbucks store number 16255 in the East Village neighborhood of NYC in 2019. I bought them to use as stocking stuffers but decided to do something else so they've been in storage since then.

The red ones are New York State, the blue are New York City.
