Christian based Post Frame Building organization is looking for a full time Order Processor responsible for managing the entire order process and inventory. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented and have the ability to process orders with a focus on accuracy, speed, and efficiency. You must also be able to work independently and act professionally in all aspects of this position when interacting with internal and external co-workers, vendors and management.
PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
• Previous experience supervising all aspects of the order process and inventory preferred, but not required.
• Previous experience and/or knowledge of construction industry or more specifically the post frame building industry is preferred
• Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office software and the ability to quickly learn proprietary order management system
• Basic Math and Analytical skills with minimal errors
• Excellent written grammar skills and the ability to communicated effectively
• Must be a highly productive & self-motivated employee that enjoys working in team atmosphere
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage and prioritize multiple issues simultaneously
