Complete and operational. The current lamp is working, and there's a spare included. The screen is glued in place within the frame, and the right side is loose, although if pushed into place it stays, at least long enough for me to photograph. I thought about gluing permanently, but I'll leave that to someone who might be more savvy about it. I show images of it open, with the screen latched in place within the lid, the screen folded out and set up, and the glass fiche holder pulled out and lifted for fiche placement. The screen has 2 strips on each side of what looks like residue of some sort, maybe velcro. I didn't try to remove it but probably could be if desired. The manual, and even the expired warranty sheet, is still there. It's vintage, but I don't see a date anywhere.
