I have had this car since 2005. I am the second owner. This car is rare in that it still has sooooo many parts which came from the factory, like:
Original carpet
Original trunk liner
Original rear compartment liner
Heater pipe gaskets (between blower tubes and sheet metal in engine compartment) -ever seen those?
Original radio
Original window price sticker
And much more.

The wood grain dash was a dealer option added when the car was bought in Sept of 1971 at a dealer in Washington state.

I rebuilt the engine at 71,387 miles in 2013. Import Palace bored the bearing shafts, all other work was done by me. Full rebuild with slight mods, keeping it at a stock 1600.

I reupholstered the interior in 2021.

I swapped out the front drums for front discs in 2013 (only about 10,000 miles have been put on them)

Aside from some repaired rust on the leading edge of rear fenders, this is a rust-free survivor. No body rust and no floor pan rust.

I’d be interested in a partial trade for a survivor late 80s to 1994 Suburban 1500 or 2500. TBI preferred.
I value this beetle at $10,000 cash.

NO PHONE CALLS I get poor reception. Will not/cannot answer.
