Seeking Caretaker/Rental Host for Southwest Montana Ranch
We're looking for responsible, non-smoking couple or a capable individual to manage a small ranch and serve as hosts for a vacation rental home. Duties include daily care of a small herd of 4 sheep and 2 cow/calf pairs, light-duty ranch operations, and a paid position serving as personable hosts when we have guests renting the ranch house.
For $1000/month, we provide:
Approximately 1400 ft2 furnished caretaker house (1 Bed/1 Bath)
Enclosed garage stall for your car
400ft2 of storage space
Plenty of pasture space for horses
All Utilities: Power, water, propane, garbage pick-up, high-speed fiber internet
Unfortunately, pets cannot be accommodated.

Ranch is 6 miles from Philipsburg MT, 10 minutes to Georgetown Lake, 15 minutes to Discovery Ski Area. One hour and twenty minutes to Missoula International airport.
