Kestrel House is a high-design, upscale house built just a few years ago. Architectural details abound and the location is excellent in the quiet Slant Streets. Walk to Orange St. Food Farm or downtown and enjoy amazing views from the living room. This is one of the coolest houses in all of Missoula.
Kestrel House is an obsessively designed home and is so-named because the exterior colors match North America's littlest falcon. We focused on building a house that was small, efficient, and beautiful. The lofted living/dining/kitchen make you feel like your are soaring above the neighborhood providing both privacy and solitude. The house has expansive views, a huge built in bench seat with reading nook and views of the surrounding hills, a large covered deck with a bbq and outdoor seating, and custom art on the walls. The flooring is an eco-concrete tile which has the raw beauty of concrete but is much warmer and softer on the feet. There is a high efficiency furnace as well as air-conditioning for the warmer months. 9 ft. ceilings in the bedrooms and bathrooms and 13 ft. ceilings in the upstairs kitchen/dining/living. Every corner of the house has a surprise; from custom metalwork, cleverly placed view windows, lots of natural wood, a Tesla charger etc. The house comes semi-furnished with a dining table and chairs, bbq, outdoor table and chairs, and a tv. The bathroom features a spacious walk in shower with a rain-style shower head.
Come put your feet up, bask in the views, and make yourself at home in this modern gem that is Kestrel House.

Looking for a one year lease but that could be negotiable if the right situation presents itself. Tenant would be responsible for gas/electric, internet, and water. Landlord pays garbage and recycling and takes care of landscaping.
