We have a year round lot available in Darby, the owners of the trailer in the space would like to sell the trailer and if you are accepted by park management you would be able to leave the trailer in the space, the trailer is skirted in and needs a few items but is somewhat ready for move in. Lot rent is 450 a month includes water and sewer, electric separate. The trailer is a 2009 Cougar, fits two people comfortably, 27 foot. Needs a mattress and couch and/or chairs, seemed to have issue with the heater some but might be an easy fix, not sure. There is currently a company serviced propane tank attached so the heater worked recently, just not sure what the issue is currently. Asking 5K for the trailer, have title.
